This Tourmaline in Quartz looks like a little ice cube!
The quartz has a rod of green tourmaline along the natural top of the stone. I set it in a thick silver bezel and gave a hand hammered coin edge detail to the top.
The setting itself has a soft curve on the back side, unlike traditional flat bottom setting. It's all fine and sterling silver and has been given a brushed finish. The pendant has a really nice feel in your hands, soft, yet hard.
The cube is about 1/2" wide (14mm) and 5/8" high (16mm) and a little over 1/4" thick (8mm).
It comes on an 18" cable chain with a tourmaline and pearl charm at the lobster clasp.
