Lovely Owl Signet style ring with a stunning Opal gemstone.
This ring was created using a vintage jewelry die that was hand carved about one hundred years ago. An old tool for new jewelry. The silver is pressed into the die mold to pick up the carving.
The opal is a 13mm x 9mm cabochon with color flash throughout. Every color is there, but I would say the dominant two would be green and red.
The owl's eyes have been set with 1mm natural Emerald gemstone.
This ring is solid sterling silver and has a nice substantial feel to it.
