A traditional Victorian serpent ring to wrap around your finger.
This ring was created using a vintage jewelry die that was in production at the turn of the 1900's. The process takes several steps of heating the silver up and pressing it into a mold. I do this several times to get a good impression. I then saw the snake out and shape it for a finger.
It's a fairly labor intensive process, so these ones are lost wax castings I made of an original pressing that I did.
The snake is sterling silver and is an open ended ring. Each one is shaped by hand, so there is a little variety in the curves depending on the size of the ring.
Also available in 14K yellow gold, see other listing.
