Gorgeous Snake wrapped around branches and leaves.
This amazing snake pendant was created using a vintage impression die. The snake was hand carved in steel over one hundred years ago. It's now brought back to life with a modern steel die. The silver is pressed, not cast, into a mold of the snake.
There are great texture details in the snake's skin, branches and leaves. After multiple pressing, I hand sawed out the interior and gave it a light patina.
The bail, jump rings and clasps are handmade from cast twigs.
The pendant itself is solid sterling silver and is 1-1/2" in size (38mm), a little more if you include the bail.
It's on a 22" sterling silver cable chain with a twig hook clasp and Ruby and Pearl bead charms.
